I have to strongly agree with this previous review, I went to that dealership in 2006 top buy a new 530I I was treated like I had no money and was a bum off of the street, I have heard similar complaints about this dealer I now have 2 BMW'S a 06 325CI and a 06 750I both bought in L.A. and I drive down there for regular service I wouldn't go near this dealer even If I had to drive across the street to them, they have displayed to me the epitome of a shitty dealership, and service department, FYI Lots of Bakersfield folks use the dealer in L.A I use surprising huh???????

This must be the worst BMW service dealership I have ever been to. I took my car in for regular maintenance to get the water pump and thermostat replaced. Car worked fine for about 3 months, then over heated. To make a long story short, the thermostat they replaced was defective, and they said that the overheating issue was not caused by that. Basically the car blew a head gasket and they would not take responsibility. I had to call the BAR, who did an investigation, and had them replace my motor, after some serious arguing. BMW even wanted to charge me for a mistake that THEY did. When they replaced the motor, I took it to an independent BMW repair shop to evaluate the work. They said everything was done sloppy and unprofessional.
