The only problem with Cuginis right now is that they are closed Sundays!!! I am a constant customer of this place and I just don't get why they won't be open Sundays anymore. That said.. it should show you how good of a place this is. A little hole in the wall restaurant with the most amazing tasting dishes. Yeah yeah maybe the service is not the best you could ever find.. but where would you find that service? Think about what they go through.. customers non-stop, talking down on them like they are just nothing, and then not tipping. I sure wouldn't be the happiest person after a big lunch or dinner rush. Honestly though, the new owners have definitely cleaned the place up, and I love how friendly the lady is. So fun and open to everyone!! No matter who you are she is so great. The food is TO DIE FOR... might be getting a little expensive for a 'fast food' place.. but Taco Bell and Carls JR have raised their prices too.. I think about it this way.. if Cuginis turned into a sit down restaurant we would all consider their pricing to be CHEAP for the quality we receive.. all in all two thumbs up Cuginis. Definitely recommended to all..
I crave pizza and found this place near my home when I moved here. I have had a couple pies that weren't perfect, but I return there weekly for my fix. The small, wood fired pizz'a are best; they only take ten min and I can order them after soccer games and pick up on the way home. They also have traditional, thicker, by the slice, and that is good for lunch. I'm Italilan and like the place, although I have had better in other cities.
Cugini's used to be my favorite Italian pizza place. Loved the crust! Now, since they have been under new ownership, the food isnt as good and the service terrible.
