    I eat at The Simp once a month for lunch. The huevos rancheros are really tasty, no cheese, just the way I like it.

    Best Mexican food I have ever had. You can sit at the counter and watch them prepare it -- down to cracking the eggs to make the batter for the chili relleno. Whenever we go back to California, that is the one place I want to stop and eat. Fresh, authentic, and tasty food. Not fancy looking, but what good restaurants are?
