User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTom's is a Lompoc treasure. They've been around for about 20 years and they are just as good now as they were when they started. The waitresses are great, friendly, and if you are there enough they soon get to know you. A few of them have been there for what seems like FOREVER which makes the service even better. Service there is great... even when it is busy in there you get your food as soon as possible, and it is always hot and delicious. I've been gone from Lompoc 6 yrs now and when I went back a few months ago, Tom's was one of my first stops in town! There's nowhere around that is as good!

User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsTomâs is a great place for a great burger. Itâs off the beaten path and a definite hotspot for locals. They have burgers to suit every taste and the prices are very reasonable. Tasty fries and onion rings are side orders, available in half or full orders and a great way to share with the whole table. They do not take credit cards, which from what I read of other reviews, really makes some people mad. Itâs an independently owned business, so what they choose to accept for payment is their choice, and I can understand not wanting to deal with credit card fees or whatever, so those who want to enjoy a burger and normally resort to using nothing but plastic â would you go get a couple bucks from the ATM before you visit the establishment and quit whining? Service is usually spot on, though Iâve had some screwups that happened in the kitchen which were promptly remedied by my server. Highly recommended burger joint!
