NOT SO ELEGANT SALON... ASK HOW MUCH FOR A HAIRCUT BEFORE SITTING. OTHERWISE, YOU COULD GET A HEART ATTACK WITH THE EXPENSIVE CHARGE.

A touch of Elegance is not a Salon. Vickie sells wigs, extention hair and more. Get it right! Vickie is awesome! I have been going to her for over 20 years!
