Nastiest cardboard pizza you will ever taste! I would recommend going to Giovanni's Pizza it is a little bit pricier but I would rather pay then not be happy with what you are eating!
It's ok pizza. That's the most I can say for it. I ordered a med. deep dish pizza with pep and pineapple. The pineapple was from a can. The pizza wasn't fully cooked.
After reading these reviews and talking to some locals, it appears that there was some sort of ownership or management change at this location and things have turned for the worse. My wife and 2 kids and I walked into this restaurant as a direct result of the reviews here. It was dinner time and no customers were there. We were greeted by the "deer in the headlights" stare of about 3 employees, as if they'd never seen humans before. No one said a word to us - no "hello" or "welcome" or "how can we help you today?" We walked up to the front counter to try to find a menu. We were clearly newcomers and trying to figure the place out - yet still no one greeted or attempted to help us. We like to have side-salads and noticed that the only option for salad was a $5 dollar salad bar (a very small but acceptable looking salad bar with a few items available). We didn't want to pay $20 dollars for one small helping of salad for each of us, but there was no other option. We also noticed that there were no family options (pizza, salad, drink specials that most pizza places offer). I asked the older man at the register if they had any family specials and he said "No." That was the only word spoken to us during our entire visit. After realizing that it was going to cost us upwards of $50 dollars for pizza and a few salads, we decided to leave. Again, no one said anything as we slowly walked out. We ended up driving to Buellton and had a great experience at Antonio's instead. Tower may make good pizza (we'll never know), but their customer service is atrocious and I wouldn't recommend anything but take-out there. It's definitely not a family friendly environment. We spoke with a local person later about our experience and were told that this was consistent with other customers' recent experiences as a result of new ownership and/or management.
