User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTwo managers since Frank left and the most recent one avoids you at all costs. Plumbing issues at the apartments are horrific not to mention some of the trailer trash we get into the place now that they've lowered their standards. Heard a slum lord is the owner of the complex now. The place gave us 5 good years up until the new management came in. I don't recommend moving into this complex. Acton is a great place in general but rent elsewhere in the community or buy. It would be worth it.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNice location, but in the year I lived there it was hell. The parking sucks, My ac/heater unit leaked water all summer I notified managment several times but they never fixed it. Most apartments take care of you water/sewage/trash but they dont you have to pay for it your self. It has been almost 2 months since I moved out and they still have not sent me my deposit, and they will not return my phoe calls. so if you really want to live in acton buy a house!
