Watch out for the service department... we have used them for years, but since they have moved, something went seriously wrong. We took one car in for service and they didn't do half of what we paid for and we took another car in for an extra key and now the keypad on the door doesn't work, and they deny any responsibility for any of it. Too bad.. guess we will just drive to Atascadero Ford for any service issues, and when we are ready to buy again. Just make sure that you get what you have paid for!!

Wont let you drive a car: Make sure you look like you have lot of money, other wise dont even bother to go there, because they wont let you dirve a car. For them its all about how you look.

I will never go there or send any one there.

If you want a good place to go make sure you go to SLO Toyota, they are realy nice and treat you like people no matter what you look like.

Paso Robles Ford has a terible managment team.
