I called Maye Naffziger-Naffziger Real Estate to inquire about one of their listings. I explained that I am a beneficiary on the property and wanted to know the status. I asked her for the MLS# and the current price of the property. I live out of state and so I don't know the status. I was very polite when asking for the information. She told me there was little activity. She then got very RUDE because I wanted to MLS# to look up the property on the internet. This information should be accessable to anyone who wishes to inquire about a property. She explained that she didn't have time to answer my questions and that I should ask my family member. If I could have gotten the info. that way I would have done so. I don't understand how this company can sell properties when they are not willing to give out any information!!!!
I understand that she is obligated to keep everything confidential. I just wanted a MLS# and the price of the property. Nothing more. Shouldn't this information be available to anyone calling who is interested???????????????
I hope for her sake that this is an insolated situation and not the way that this company runs their business.
