User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsAs Franco's Restaurant, the faire was rather mediocre as Mexican Food goes. I was recently informed that the place was sold and now operates as El Pueblito Restaurant #2. El Pueblito #1 is at Sunnyside and Tollhouse, and they're PREMIER as far as I'm concerned. El Pueblito is truly on par with Javier's Restaurant (on Kings Canyon) in S.E. Fresno, which I rate as the #1 Mexican Food Restaurant in California if not in the total USA!
