Called to ask a question he said "i have a cellphone call coming in, call me back" what the F*@K is that?? then went to store and the guy wanted to charge me $600 for installing a program that i bought in best buy. I could of done it my self but i wanted to go to a pro. He's charging me more than what i paid for it. Because he said" Its kind of technical! A*@ H*@E. what a Rip!

Paid for new hard drive, put in used one. I got computer back worse then ever, took it back the second time, worse then the first time... now I am receiving new errors, and each time I disconnect from the internet. My computer completely shuts down!!!!!!! My computer went completely deadâ¦. The used hard drive they put in started to make a rubbing sound and just died⦠Now I have a computer that is a piece of junk. Each time I took my computer in the owner wanted to charge me more money. The Owner never did the free diagnostic test that they are suppose to do ..

watch out and get everything on paper???: i didn't recieve the mother board i was promised and paid for: I paid the geek 40.00 extra to install a 2gb board instead of the 1.6gb I was told he put the 2gb sys.in when i picked up my comp. it is not
