   My daughter takes class with Miss Dee and I don't think she's a good teacher. She definitley ignores those kids she feels are hopeless in her classes. She is overly involved personally with some families and creates problems for the parents. I also thought it was a little presumptuous of her to be in the middle and front of the dances she performed in at the annual reciatl. It would have been more appropriate for her to be in the background, but I guess her other dancers didn't perform to her standards. My daughter has learned a lot, but it hasn't been the most enjoyable experience for anyone.

   Our family just loves Desert Stars! My girls have learned soooo much! The only thing I can say about "Miss Dee" is just don't take her haughty attitude too personally! We are not fans of hers either, however, I'd hate to see this wonderful dance studio fail to flurish because of her unapproachible attitude.There is a new owner now, so maybe she can convince her to be a bit more friendly with the kids and parents. My girls are older now so we don't have to deal with her as much. We are very happy there.

   Deirde is my teacher at Desert Stars and if I my say so is the BEST teacher there!! Go to Desert Stars for the best lessons!!! I hope I helped
