User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAlthough it's great that the owners write thier own reviews and have thier employees and friends do the same, the truth is this place needs schooled on how to make a sandwich, take an order, and treat it's customers. Mine and my husband's sandwiches had les than 2 tablespoons of meat ( yes I measured it) maybe half a slice of cheese all together, and no mushrooms, even though I ordered extra.
When I called to let them know, 3 different little girls passed the phone arond, all claiming to be managers, yet none knew what to do. They are rude, expensive, and the sandwiches were rediculous. If you want a good sandwich try The new Brooklyn Deli on Lancaster Blvd. Maybe the owners of Vince's should stop by there, they can lern something. Avoid Vince's at all cost, there just are no positives about this place.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis place is great! Food is excellent, kids have a great time service is good. Team Party or family night, this is the place to go. I wish they would build more! My kids love the indoor bumper calls. If you have not gone, please give it a try.

i really love vinces. Their delivery is spectacular. Especially the new guy, (Daniel) he is highly recommemeded. Great service with a smile. THe arcade is good too.

Just a side note....for someone who brags to have been in business for 10 years, shouldn't she know by now that a Philly cheese steak does not usually come with tomato, pickle, lettuce, onion, and mustard ?
