User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLoved the food at this place! We had fried rice (different sorts, beef, pork and shrimp) and they were all yummy. We also had the day's special of barbecue ribs. The people serving are friendly enough. The waiter gave us free soup which warmed us up while waiting for our entrees. Will definitely go back and eat there again.

Memorable - my worst restaurant experience in 48 years.
1.Large portions of day-old rice and noodles (this stuff costs a few cents, at least serve it fresh).
2.A severely rude waitress from the get-go (is she the owner's daughter?). I asked for clarification on some of the menu items and she responded with a rude attitude. They were not busy so there was no logical reason for this behavior. Later she slammed my soda down on the table. We almost left before we ate and we wish we would have.
3.At least a little credit goes to the chef who does know spices (I have eaten Thai food for years). My one piece of broccoli and the other two vegetables were tasty. However, the plate was 3/4 rice and a small corner was the "stir-fry." I suspect the management is cutting corners and this chef deserves better.
4.We had a current coupon which the rude waitress would not honor.
5.We went back to the condo and had popcorn.
Do not waste your time/vacation, a negative 10 in my book. -

It does not get any better than this: This is the best thai food you will ever have this side of the Pacific. Anyone staying and skiing in Mammoth must stop by or get an order to go or delivered. The owner hooks it up right, traditional style. You would not think such great food could exist in Mammoth but it does, so go check it out.
