User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI am a recently retired credit union marketer and I'd like to publicly apologize for all the mean things I said about banks in the course of my job. "Credit Unions vs. Banks" is a hot topic in the CU world, and I can't tell you how many articles, ads and tag lines I've written on that subject. I acually believed my own press... that credit unions provide much more personalized service and better rates than the big bad banks.
Well, after I retired, I actually OPENED an account with Bank of America. Wow. The service is truly outstanding, the account choices actually make sense and your rates are competitive. Whether I talk to your call center or visit the branch, I feel valued.
So I am sorry for the bad things I said about you. You actually deliver all the things my credit union aspires to. I can't speak for the whole BofA corporation, but the Oakhurst branch is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I'm sold! Thank you!
