User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible customer service! I bought a used vehicle from Larry Kitahara's dealership and I had to put almost $700 in repairs before I even had to make my first payment. Also females beware of there sexest attitude I was trearted very rudely until my husband came. Sales manager Jerry is very impatient and he likes to talk over you. Poor poor customer service!
