Want to try more.: When I went here I didnt eat at the sushi bar and dint get any sushi for that matter. But what I did eat was very good. The steak was like butter. I would take the kids for dinner the dinner menu was a llittle pricey. Can't wait to go back a try some sushi. But will shoot for a night out for two.

My husband took me here for my birthday this year. We had a fabulous time! The food was delicious!! The fried rice, unlike any we've had before--far better. There was a distinguishable difference between chefs, ours was a little on the dull side of showmanship, but the melt-in-your-mouth steak, and killer veggies more than made up for it. We will definately be revisiting Edo Ya's.

i know someone that worked there a while ago.and i am gonna be honest.the atmosphere is light when you first walk in there.so if you prefer it to be quiet,i suggest go in RIGHT when they open.i have eaten the food there MANY MANY times and i LOVE it.i'm not big on the hot-spicy sauce,as it has ketchup and mayonaise in it.which i do NOT like.the service is required to be QUICK.they pride themselves on their service.the chefs, hosts, and servers all get along like family.regular customers are ALWAYS greeted if a server has time.which makes it seem more like a family-type environment.everyone is especially friendly and they're open all year long.what's also great is the hours.they are open pretty late.it's great for a family get-together,reunions,parties of ANY type, and more so for a nice dinner with the immediate family.also great for work meetings, celebrations, any type of school dance, first date or anniversary.
overall...i know they're the #1 japanese restaraunt in the valley,as you can plainly see the awards on the wall when you first walk in.
i also happen to know that their food isn't contaminated.
servers and chefs ALWAYS make sure their hands are clean, and cameras are EVERYWHERE to make sure they do their job right.

anyway.i personally LOVE this specific restaraunt.i always suggest it to anybody that wants to go somewhere nice, clean, and friendly, with AWESOME food.

for sushi,i suggest the L.A. Roll.
that's ONLY if you don't like raw fish.
otherwise, try the Maui or Samurai Rolls.

the fried rice is BEYOND wonderful.
if you are a first-timer,try it!!!

    well anyways.
if you're hungry and tired of fast-food and Applebee's,
    go to Edo-Ya!!
    it's HIGHLY recommended!!
