User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsFresno Traffic Court incompetence: If you are a non-resident of Fresno County I feel sorry for you. The court doesn't provide much in the way of information for you in terms of your responsibility after you have completed traffic school. I was unable to contact any human through their listed phone numbers to confirm that I was doing the right thing. It took a call to the traffic school to get additional instructions in providing a copy of my certificate of completion. Isn't Fresno a large enough municipality to be able to provide some level of customer service?
