User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI went to this store about a year ago and the owner and his wife were behind the counter. Yes I look like a bum who has no money... but they had no right to ignore me and treat me like I knew nothing... The man was very rude to me even when asked a simple question. So I went across the street and over paid at H.B Sporting goods for three guns in the past year. But just the other day I tried it again... knowing they have good prices I went back and I must say the woman behind the counter was the best help I have had in a long time. Maybe because her husband wasnât there?
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsJust like everyone else has said, they have great prices but customer service is the worst I have EVER received. I want to buy products from them because they DO have the best prices in Fresno and probably the Central Valley. But I can't and won't because I WILL PAY MORE for a smile and a greeting as I walk through the door.
I have been in their store maybe 5 or 6 times. And each time I go in there, I recieved bad service. I don't even know why I keep going because I end up not buying anything because the service IS so bad. I guess I am just hoping that maybe the next time will be better. Unfortunately that "next time" has not yet arrive. Until then, I will continue to pay more and shop at Herb Bauer, The Range, Mayfield, John McCormick, etc. I KNOW they want my money because as soon as I walk in the door, they acknowledge me even if they can't help me out right away.-

Well, not too long ago I learned a few things. Its been hard for them (hence the bad customer service) and her husband you're talking about wasn't there, because he passed away. I never knew him or her personally, but may he rest in peace, and god bless. On a side note, I rock a Glock, too!
