I have been with Verizon for many, many years, and through it all, they have been very loyal to me. I never have any problems with billings, as they are very reasonable, and I get a new phone quite often in the deal! A++++!
This store is always busy, but the workers there have always helped me. I needed to pay my bill and they showed me how to do it over the cell phone so I don't need to wait in line at the store anymore. I like Verizon Wireless because the phone works where I need it to.
TO WHOM THAT MAY LISTEN,
DURING MY BUSINESS TRIP, MY PHONE UNEXPECTEDLY WENT DEAD. LOCATED THE FIRST VERIZON CORP. STORE FOR REPLACEMENT. THEY ASKED FOR A PROOF OF PURCHASE, EVENTHOU I HAD BEEN WITH VERIZON FOR OVER 10 YEARS, I CARRIED INSURANCE AND ALL MY BILLS ARE CURRENT. I REQUESTED FOR THE MANAGER AND HIS BEST LINE WAS,"NO MAN, WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU". I ISSISTED THAT I HAVE COVERAGE. BUT THESE UNPROFESSIONAL BUNCH OF WORKERS DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE ON CUSTOMER CARE. AFTER 3 DAYS i WAS HOME AND WAS ABLE TO PICK UP A REPLACEMENT WITHOUT HAZZLE IN SAN DIEGO. THIS WAS TRULY A VERY UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.
