User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsAs mother of the bride I was honored to watch my daughter try on several dresses at this establishment. the staff was very helpful, but the selections we very limited and we found her dress someplace else because they put so many extra supplies bra, underfull slip that made her feel uncomfortable in the dress and she did not like the look or the feel. She felt the staff a pushy and they ask alot of questions. I like it simple and I had a headache when we left that place.

Horrible experience. I would have given it a zero if possible. Made an appt so I could get the special attention they talk about. Once the sales lady (Tyrna??) found out my budget was only $200 she pretty much said there's the dresses and ignored me for walk-ins. I guess I wasn't going to spend enough in the store to get special attention. I was alone becausse I am a travel nurse and did not have anyone to go with me. I really needed some help. You cannot try on dresses alone. Can't fasten the back and zip by yourself. If you plan to go take someone with you to help. Unless, maybe you plan to drop a few grand. Then maybe you will get that special attention.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsterrible terrible terrible.... i bought the designer dress from davids bridal and they told me to order it now cause it takes about 5 months to come in...the dress was $1050.00 They said the dress was made to order. that it was all hand put together and made specifically for you.... The lady that was helping me didnt even pick dresses for me to try on she was helping the other 100 people that were there at the same time. what was the reason for appointments then. every bride tha was at the bridal show was there on sat @ 10am. it was a mad house. To top it off just aout three weeks after i ordered my dress that should of taken about 5 months was IN AND READY FOR PICK UP!!!!
