Worse experience ever! The spa was the size of my dog house, the owner of the spa was so loud, obnoxious and tweaked I am surprised her head did not explode . There was kids running around screaming and trashing the place. Although the facial was great (tall young Latin girl) everything else was horrible.

This was the worst day spa I have ever been to. Don't let the words "Carmel Charm" fool you, it is a shack. I took my mother there for a manicure and pedicure. The floor was so dirty that my mom commented that she didn't want to walk barefoot over to get her manicure. The so-called pecidure chairs consisted of Ikea chairs with dirty sheets over them and a foot baths that you can buy at Costco. The lady that took care of my mother did not know what she was doing, so the lady taking care of me had to keep stopping and do it for her. Over $200 and 3 hours later (It was supposed to be 1:45), we couldn't wait to get out of there. I would never go here again.

This review confirmed a similar experience I had at Signature Day Spa.The owner was loud,yelling at an employee...the massage was nothing special,hard to relax,no music in the room...Not a place I would recommend or return to.
