User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis was the best spa day I've ever experienced! It was a gift certificate and I had never been here before. When I went in I was greeted at the desk and given an intro tour and then I was given a locker, soft warm robe and really cool slippers. I was then led to a room where the lights were low the music was soft and they offered me tea and some little oranges.
My facial and hand treatment were from Jessica and they were amazing and her should massage was just a hint of what was to come from my massage.
Frank was my therapist and I was a little scared to have a male but he put me at ease right away and I don't think I have ever had such an amazing massage.
I learned later that both Jessica and frank were voted best in monterey county many times
This spa truely knows the eaning of their promise

This place was horrible, i went for a facial as a birthday gift and did not have such a great experience. Staff was not professional, i was unattended at the front desk because the girls were too busy talking. Once i finally got their attention they were not very nice. The facial itself was OK but not worth it. WOULD NEVER GO BACK. I would have been better off buying some face cream and putting it on myself.

I would NOT reccomend this place for a massage. The massouse seemed unexperienced and i felt like i was beat up the next day. She talked to me the entire time which was not relaxing. I can hear the girls at the front desk gossiping the entire time. Most of the staff was unprofessional and unattenive. The only thing good about this place are their low prices compared to most spas in the area but hey you get what you pay for.
