    Drop your car off at this dealership for service is like driving it into a black hole. I dropped my car off to have the transmission looked at, and I told them I'd wait. Instead of sitting in the dirty waiting room, I walked around the car lots. They had my number, but because they didn't see me in the waiting room, they let my car sit there for 4 hours to instead of calling me to see if I want the work done.

    I now go to Santa Cruz Toyota, even though its 20 miles away.

    terrible company: I purchased a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer from this company. They have terrible customer service. My car broke down 30 days after I purchased it. It cost over 3000 to get it repaired. The worst experience I have ever had!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
