User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE BEST SUSHI ON THE PENINSULA! it's that special small hole-in-the-wall place that you can go to and never be let down.. priced VERY reasonably considering sushi rolls can be up to $20 each sometimes.. also, the people who work there are great.. my boyfriend and i go at least once a week!

Samurai Sushi is the best place to eat in Salinas. Not just for Sushi, the people are great too. I have never had a bad meal or time there. Ask for the home made Soy sauce and if you are in the mood, home made Saki, which is usually in berry flavors. Sit at the bar if there is room and have some great food and laughs. Tell them the Ballew's sent you. if we werent usually broke we would eat there 3 times a week. I just can't tire of it.
