User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsJust booked an appointment for my daughter's passport renewal at the passport office on Oak Grove and the man on the phone was so rude I couldn't believe it. If it wasn't for the fact the other post office in Menlo Park got a worse review I would cancel the appointment. He needs some lessons in telephone etiquette and customer service.

USPS service is not so great usually. :-( But at this post office, it's totally catastrophic, especially Richard. Avoid as much as possible.
