| About: | The Roberts School offers a developmentally appropriate program for children inspired by the philosophy of Piaget. The focus of our curriculum and enrichment activities is to encourage, support, and develop the whole child. What makes The Roberts School unique is the implementation of development and age appropriate academic components in a setting that is structured yet not rigid. Our children enjoy a day where curriculum is balanced with play as well as a variety of enrichment activities that include art, cooking, gardening, music, gymnastics, Spanish, and more. The emotional needs and personal safety of each child are of the utmost importance. Our goal is to develop and enhance self esteem, independence, empathy, and the joy of childhood. Our program is offered to preschoolers, pre-kindergarteners, and kindergarteners, and has been in business since 1975. |

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy children attended Roberts School for several years and we all could not have been happier. The school has a unique philosophy that incorporates play, age appropriate academics and so many enrichment activities into the children's day. Art, cooking, gardening, music and gymnastics are just some of the activities that the children thrive on. The teachers were all loving, talented and dedicated to each child's development,socially and cognitively.
My children were so well prepared-and excited-for their next stage of education. The love of learning was a gift the Roberts School gave my children.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsUnfortunately just a business!!: I enrolled my son there almost two years ago and from my experience, this school is just a business. They do not care very much about the human approach, just money, the more money they can get from you the better. Handbook and rules are over common sense and always according with money sense.
