At first, I hated going to Toyota because of the whole car dealership thing. However, upon arrival I was greeted by the customary dealership welcome committee and actually had a great time. All the people their were very nice and very helpful. They were not pushy in the least bit and really took care of my family while we were there. Even better, when we purchased the vehicle, the quality of service is still great. I was very impressed and now am looking for a second vehicle from them.
This the worst car dealer I have ever done buisness with. Everyone from the sales person to the floor manager to the person named Christian who makes the final decision on the price of the vehicle was absolutely terrible. The personnel who work here are your typical used car dealers..slick and dishonest, willing to promise you the moon and then rip your heart out before you know what happened. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! In addition to being dishonest and just straight up shady, they never seem to have the time for the customers. They always act put-out or act like it is too much trouble for them to help. If you get suckered into purchasing a vehicle from them, make sure you read everything they give and NEVER commit to anything. They are liars and will tell you anything to sell you something. Remember, you are in charge and owe them nothing!! Save yourself the trouble and goto another dealership. You might try the Honda Dealer across the street. Thay are MUCH more professional and honest. I cannot stress this enough...STAY AWAY FROM VICTORY TOYOTA!!!!!
going to this dealership was hell. Me and my b/f went to trade in our car for a Camry last sat the 19th of April 08. We decided on the car we wanted and test drove a similar one in about 15 min. The manager kept telling us that they can get us a very good deal with a sunroof and the color that we wanted which is grey. they told us to wait for 10 mins then another ten, we ended up spending 6 hours there. One time they said they are trying to obtain the vin #then they said they are unable to reach the dealer then they said that their financial manager was sick and went home then they called another financial manager â¦.etc . At first the car was in San Jose, then it was in San Francisco,. Because we really wanted the car we still waited. On Then we were told that we will have it by Monday and the manager granted said he cannot guarantee Sunday because it is a weekend and hard to find a professional driver but he can guarantee Monday 100%. Monday, we got a call from the dealer telling us that the car is in San Francisco Port.Today is Friday and we havenât heard or gotten anything. So my b/f went there and told them to cancel the deal, in addition to being unprofessional they are cheap, all car dealers offer you coffee or snack and these guys donât even have a snack machine and they also donât have change to give you to purchase coffee from the old coffee machine that they have. they donât have anything, so we wasted our time, money, and we got nothing and my boy friend is extremely disappointed . Honestly I never thought that there were such people i purchased 4 cars before and my boy friend purchased about 7 and we both never met such rude, unprofessional, dishonest and unorganized people ever
