   OVERALL Best Customer Service!!!!!: Superb items, great bargains, now that they have moved to Mountain View....love it!!! Closer to my home, so I shop ALOT. Staff is very professional, efficient and friendly. You have to check them out. Now located between Smart and FInal and Walgreens Shopping Center.

   Great experience!: I had the exact opposite experience there from the negative reviews quite recently. I was looking for something very specific and the staff went out of there way to help me and even brought the price down on a piece that was just out of my budget. It was my first time in and I'll definitely go back.

   Customer service: Yes, in general the sales associates are extremely rude. I don't shop there anymore because of this
