So good!! GO GET THE PAD THAI noodle dish....you will be there devoted customer for life, tried it other places. Does not even come close to theirs.
Good Thai food in Half Moon Bay, 1st time here: My husband and I came here for lunch on my birthday while we were on our way to visit the beach. My husband had seen good reviews on this place on Yahoo! local which is why we picked it. We ordered fried fish cakes, a curry dish with beef, a pan-fried noodle dish with tofu, and sticky rice. Overall the food was good, but I didn't think it was exceptional. Everything tasted a bit too salty for my taste. The sticky rice arrived wrapped in plasic wrap inside these bamboo bowls, which I thought was really cool. The rice itself didn't taste that great. The clumpy texture of the rice made me think that the rice was old (not freshy cooked) and that they just reheated it. I've made better sticky rice at home without the fancy paraphernalia. The ambiance of the restaurant is excellent, with nice decor and clean surroundings. We sat at a table that had the nicer wooden chairs, instead of the really uncomfortable metal chairs that were at the front tables. The service was excellent. The price of the food was average. Overall it was a nice Thai lunch meal in Half Moon Bay.
Good Thai Food: My wife and I were in HMB for her birthday and stopped by this small Thai restaurant. The food was very tasty at the restaurant. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The table in the front, next to the window was where we were seated, but that table had some uncomfortable metal deck chairs. We moved ourselves further into the restaurant to some more comfy chairs. The prices of the food was not bad at all. If you're in HMB, this place is a good place to have some Thai food.
