User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI really hate to Valet my car. I have a very expensive convertible and I keep it nice by never letting anybody else park it.
This Benihana REQUIRES Valet parking. You don't have a choice. It didn't help when the Valet ahead of me started driving somebody else's car with the driver's door open and the door hit a sign while the car was in motion.
I love Benihana but I will not come back to this one unless they allow you to park your own car. Spread the word. Valet parking is BAD! Tell the management that they should let people have a choice to park their own car.
I had an argument with the Valet about letting me park my own car. We left without going in to eat.-

Our family are advid customers at Benihana resturant in Burlingame. We love the atmosphere and the food. We attended the Re-Grand opening. It was a fabulous presentation. A night that my family will always talk about and remember for a long long time. The Managers are very pleasant an personable. They make us feel like family every time we come for lunch or dinner. It makes us want to go more. Its always our first choice for family get togethers. The waiters are attentive and the chef are always impressive. The menu has expanded with delicious new choices.
Its a must try resturant for all.
