User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI just bought my 2007 honda accord because it saw the best deal online. I brought my parents with me and I was glad I did! We haggled for a bit and it was a bit over my price range but I bought it anyway. I love the car. When I went to pick up the car they only had the valet key to give me saying they would send me the other ones. I never got them so I called them back and they said they lost them but I can come in and get my key replacements. I came in and they could only give me one master key. When I told them that cars come with 3 keys (two masters and one valet) they said this car was traded in with the valet key but they are giving me a master key as a bonus but if I wanted another master they are around $80.00 to buy. Their customer service is awful (I had to call three times to get the appointment to make the key) and I was cheated. It seems once you buy the car, they are done with you. I would not recommend this to any of my friends. Even though they have some good deals, go elsewhere!

After hours of hangling with this "dealer" I've learned 3 things:
1. he is dishonest.
2. he will waste your time.
3. he marks the price of his cars $3,000+ over msrp.
Now why would you want to shop here if you can save time, energy & money elsewhere. If you don't believe, you'll soon see after 4+ hours of beating around the bush!

User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI went in to see the Honda Fit. It's an inexpensive vehicle. $16K MSRP for the sport version.
I was shocked to see the Mike Harvey Honda decided that the profit they make on this model wasn't enough -- so they are adding $1,500 ABOVE MSRP. Rip-off! I will remember this and will NEVER go back.
