    Zero stars. I bought a 3 yr membership many years ago. After the 3rd year, membership should have been like $24 per year after that. Well, I guess it was in the fine print, but I was given the impression that it'll be hassle free. So after 3 years,my contract was over and because I didn't make the one phone call I was supposed to make, I did not qualify for the $24 annual membership. UNBELIEVABLE!! So please, read the fine print and don't get suckered into a 3 year contract like I did. How was I supposed to find a specific phone # on the contract after 3 years anyway!

    FEE'S FEE'S FEE'S AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE- GLAD I CALLED -AND DID NOT WAIST THE TIME ON GOING IN!!!!
    When I called to get info on setting up an apt. to use the 2 week trial -then sign up- They told me, That the 2 week trial pass, was NOT for 2 weeks- that you use the pass for a saving on me jioning the club. when i asked the start up price- i was told -"you will know all that when you get here!" when I asked about the water classes that are offered- I was told there was an extra fee- to use the pool and that at this time they did not have a teacher for the class- and also that there was a fee to take classes- with no answer on what the extra fee was. FEE'S FEE'S FEE'S AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE- GLAD I CALLED -AND DID NOT WAIST THE TIME ON GOING IN!!!!

    The prices are better now than when "white boy" went. No contracts anymore! I pay $19/month for a fitness membership, then added unlimited tanning for an extra 5 bucks. They've got a swimming pool, sauna and steamroom too.
