the restaurant has a very fun and entertaining decor. i had a delicious chicken california sandwich for my first visit, but on my second visit, i had a rare, gamey tasting bar steak sandwich. it was so rare that my bread was drenched in blood...a sight which made me want to throw up. blech! the blood also drowned out the flavor of the dijon sauce. that pretty much ruined my breakfast for me. i do know other people that love the bar steak sandwich so maybe i am alone in my squeamish thoughts. on my third visit, i had a half crab sandwich with clam chowder combo - what a rip-off! the sandwich was tiny and mostly bread...the chowder was stuffed with nasty green onions. what a gross combination.

Fun breakfast or lunch place for the whole family: Fun and relaxing atmosphere, kid friendly in a sylvan setting in Woodside. Great breakfasts with large plastic reptiles lying about for kids and interesting objects dangling from the ceiling. Great onion rings and ribs. Basic, good value, good place to dine with family with kids. Also have a complete bar so good beer or martini not out of the question.

Pros: relaxing, basic tasty food, good place to bring kids

one of the best: if you want a big, hearty, delicious breakfast after a workout in Woodside go to Bucks! The wait might be long for a big group but it is well worth the wait. The interior decorating of the place has some wacky things hanging from the wall. I recomend the eggs, pancakes, and sausage.
