Rusty Caps: I used to like eating at this particular Chili's because it's closer to my parents' house... The food tastes the same at about every Chili's I go to - and it's good depending on what you order. I give this an EXTRA star just because I like the Molten dessert (brownie, hot fudge, ice cream, and hardened chocolate syrup in the form of a volcano).

However, I stopped going there after a rusted beer bottle cap was in the middle of my boyfriend's slushy. The management gave him a free drink but refused to give us a discount or a free meal. You guessed it... the waitress did NOT receive a tip that day, regardless of if it was her fault or not.
