    Not worth a visit: Great menu, decent prices - great potential - but incompetent service and almost inedible food makes for a terrible experience. From the start the general lack of cleanliness is a sign no one's watching the store - you see it even more watching poorly trained wait staff struggle with no help. But then it's topped off with hastily made, poorly prepared BBQ - poor quality meat half-heartedly prepared. I would love to say there's a great BBQ place in Mountain View, but it's not Austin's.
