I should have read the reviews. I was OVERCHARGED in the service department. Find another mechanic or look in the phone book. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
Purchased a 150.00 part over the counter, the part failed 2 months later confirmed by a local mechanic. Called the parts department who refered me to the service department. They told me I need to pay 200.00 to verify the part is bad. If the part is indeed bad they will replace it but I will still owe the 200.00 regardless. So basically they need to just say any part under 200.00 has NO WARRANTY and any part over 200.00 has a 200.00 deducible. What a joke, no wonder GM went bankrupt.
HORRIBLE - Absolutely HORRIBLE.
They don't stand by their service. If they break something while doing maintenance they claim no responsibility whatsoever.
My car started having problem right after I brought it there for regular maintenance service. When I asked them to simply take a look, they immediately deny any responsibility and request to charge more!!!
In other words, they can do whatever sloppy work they want since the customer is the one who has to pay for it.
Save yourself some time and headache and do business with people who still have some sense of decency in mind.
