    Bank of America abuses of their power over small businesses, Bank of America closed all my business accounts w/out an explanation. I was never informed of any wrong doing, never committed fraud of any type, & I have perfect credit. There is NO explanation! Yet Bank of America kept my $64,000.00 Bank of America refuses to release my cash until 1 full year has passed from the date they closed my accounts.
    Go To Any Other Bank!!!

    My husband and I have only been banking here for about a month. I've called the bank 3 times with questions and two out of the 3 times I've gotten an obnoxious rude person. I don't know what is going on there, but for them to condone treating their customers like that seems like they don't want our business. So I'm looking for a nice small bank. Not one that thinks they are too big for their britches.

    to contact a bank of america associate the waiting time is 17 (seventeen) minutes, and in the meantime you have to listen to their advertisements. (how great they are!).
