Rin's deserves a 6 star for outstanding service.
I walked into Rin's without an appointment on the weekend,but Annabelle (the bridal consultant) happily accommodated me. First impression:Thumbs up! She was sweet, extremely helpful and knew what she was talking about. She listened to me and even had Vicki, the other consultant who was equally nice,friendly and helpful, cater to my bridal dress needs. They made me feel like a princess!:)
The owner herself, Rin came in a few minutes later to make sure I was well taken care of. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I have to commend their patience and dedication to customers like me because I was not sure of what kind of dress I wanted or would look good on me.
But their patience and care helped me get a very good idea of what type of dress I wanted and Rin even helped me twitch the dress to better fit my figure.And I found the one I fell in love with!
They have a huge selection to meet any price range and even carry high end designers like Pronovias,Jim Hjelm, Enzoani at a very affordable price compared to other six stores I've been to in the Peninsula.
For those people, who did not feel they deserved a five star, you might want to adjust your attitude.

Rin's Bridal & Formal Gowns is the best place ever!!! My daughter's and I had visited 7 bridal shops around the area, from San Jose to San Mateo and Rin's provided the BEST prices. We saved approximately 45% on our entire order. Unbelievable savings! And Rin's offered the most FRIENDLY atmosphere. We felt right at home. I would highly recommend Rin's.

After months of searching for a dress, I bought my Pronovias Wedding gown at Rin's. I took my sisters and mom with me and one of my sisters found the dress for me. Once I tried on the dress, we all knew it was the one. I'm very happy with Rin's and would recommend this store to anyone. The service was nice and friendly and they always called me to remind me of my appointments.
On my wedding day a few weeks ago, I got so many compliments on my dress! It was the perfect dress. Thanks to Rin and her staff!
