User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsgreat service: Astro appliance was the best service person i have ever had in my house. I had three other services people and none of them could find the problem. Astro Appliance came out and fixed the problem the first time. This man knows what he is doing.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars2 months to fix a dishwasher: They showed up, put parts on order, came back about a month later and didnt have all the parts. Never left an invoice this entire time and I forgot who I called so I just had to wait for them to call me when the rest of the parts showed up. Another month passes and finally they come out and finish my dishwasher. My dishes are no cleaner now than before the $216 repair these folks did! So for two months and at a cost of over $200 I am not thrilled at all with this company and will not call them back and will not refer my friends

This customer is missing something. Back orderd parts are not controled by a servicer. It is to bad this customer did not call back as we would have been happy to help. We can't fix something we don't know it is broken. They have time to post this commnet but no time to fix the problem.
