    A lot of good food...that about sums it up.

    The sandwiches are chuck full of meat, condiments, and good things stuffed in fresh rolls and bread. The matzah ball soup is rich and thick with noodles, chicken, and various good things. And the desserts...ah, the desserts.

    If you like chocolate eclairs, mud pies, and parfaits, you'll love Max's.

    One star is detracted for the noise level, which is very high, and for some inattention to details by the waitress. She failed on two occasions to ensure everyone had sufficient tableware and napkins.

    The luncheon, including drinks and desert, ran about $150 for seven, tip excluded. So a bit over $20 per person is not too expensive, especially for the quantity of food served.

    High priced but the most awesome ribeye steaks and large plate with large protions. Definitly recommend. :)

    So delicious.: I will never get through the whole menu! One of the best deli's this side of the Mississippi; the matzoh ball soup is awesome.
