This Cleaner's is the best i've been to in awhile: I dropped off a bunch of shirts to be clean and didn't notice at the time, but some buttons were missing from the cuffs. When i came to pick them up, they had already been replaced. I was pretty impressed because I didn't mention a thing. I felt like a lot of care was put into my clothes.

Bad Business Practice: I brought in 12 shirts to be laundered and was qutoted a price. Upon pick up I was charged extra for dry cleaning 3 of the shirts despite the fact that none of them were "dry clean only". I was told that they were rayon blends and would be stiff if machine washed, but I've had them for years and machine washing has never been a problem. If this business wanted to dry clean any of my shirts they should have at least called me for approval. Instead they performed and charged me extra for a service I did not ask for or want.
