Very good experience: i have had a very good experience with osh. i have called they on the phone and they were very helpful. and there stores are very well put together.

Great store, terrible staff: Rude, unhappy, even mean (I said excuse me to someone in the store and she took off headphones glared and me and said "what" - asked my question and she rolled her eyes and just said "27" - for the row in which I could find what I was looking for). Thanks. BUT, the store is great, prices are reasonable, and you can find a different selection from your massive hardware warehouse. Plus, all products (even lights) are really close so you can check everything out instead of having to stare at things from a distance.

Frendly staff, reasonable price, excellent service: I have been shopping in Home Depot before, but not after visited OSH.

This store is always nicely organized and you feel like in a real store, not some kind of warehouse building. The staff is detail orriented and knows almost every item's location. The best part is that you don't have to look for them all over the place - they are right around you. They will give you a quick tips on repairs and the right supplies you need.

I have found the prices are more competitive than HD and you can find small parts for your repairs. Very useful for home/school projects materials too.
