What a fantastic experience. Everyone that I interacted with - from the owner, to the mechanics, to the receptionist, was extremely informative and helpful. They turned the work around quickly and did a wonderful job - my car looks like it was never involved in an accident. Also, I was told by the insurance company that they could only give me a re-manufactured bumper and I wanted a new one. Shaun worked with the VW dealer and got a brand new bumper for the same price as a re-manufactured one. A real testament to his relationships with other shops! Customer service was impeccable - calling me when they said they would and working on timelines to accommodate my schedule. Great job everyone! You'll be seeing me again (well I hope not too soon anyway...;-))

Great body shop! My car hit a pole and left a dent on the rear door. I went to half a dozen body shops to get estimates. Most shops told me they had to replace the door panel and repaint/blend the door. The cost varies between 1.5k to 2.5k. As my car has a high deductible the cost is too much for me. Shawn examined the car and told me there was an alternative. He recommended a paintless repair guy to me to fix the dent. Then he polished the clear coat. The result is very satisfying. Now the dent is hardly noticeable. And the cost is extremely affordable! I highly recommend this body shop to everyone. At least you can talk to Shawn to get a second opinion before you make your decision.
