solid italian food, most of the entrees are pretty good. the service can be a bit slow sometimes but it's a nice place overall. it's usually not hard getting a table without reservations, which is nice.
This is one of the few restaurants in the area that I regularly frequent. I'm not going to say this is the best Italian Food ever because that would be untrue but none of the dishes ever fail and there are a few that truly sing. I usually order the seafood risotto when it appears on the specials menu (you can ask them to only include the seafood you prefer and leave out the sundried tomatoes if that is the version they are offering...because truthfully I'm burned out on sundried tomatoes after the 90's) and my boyfirend loves the steak that comes with simply divine mashed potatoes.
I have been disappointed with some of the deserts however the gelato is excellent.
For the price, atmosphere and wonderfully friendly staff this place will most likely make you a regular as well.
Without a doubt the worst Italian food I have ever had. Starting with the bread, it would be a stretch to say it was even average. We ordered carpaccio and calamari for appetizers. The calamari was extremely rubbery and tasteless. The carpaccio was served with what was claimed to be Dijon, but was French's yellow mustard! For dinner we ordered the seafood risotto and the gnocchi with gorgonzola. The risotto was tasteless, bland with the same chewy calamari included. The gnocchi was flavorless; the gorgonzola was undetectable.
This restaurant was a complete disappointment and we will never return again.
