good inexpensive chinese restaurant: Small Chinese restaurant but the food is very good and proprietor is very friendly and helpful. Service was quick. It wasn't crowded when we went but there were many locals coming in to pick up to-go orders. Ambience is not great but not bad either. Place is clean.
