A RELAXING DAY: ...and a relaxing way to spend a gloomy day indoors instead of at home by enriching yourself in Asian Culture and Arts. I really liked the fact that it was very descript in the cultures, religions and traditions, very informative. However, found it lacking in the Persian Art, Assyrian Reliefs and Sculptures. Still enjoyable but would have loved to see more than just China, India, Indonesia and Japan.
Asian Art: Being Asian, this museum gave me a look into the past. I enjoyed it very much. The history just jumps out of all of the pieces of art. If you looked at the review with the one star and saw what that person wrote it simply isn't true. Art is not just about paintings thank you very much. This person is very small minded.
Don't think I will go back...: Unless it is free I will not go back, even then I may not go back! Statues??? I would like to see "some" paintings! There are many Asian countries with amazing paintings...I know from experience, but this so called museum is more of a temple than a place of art!
