Excellent customer service.
We bought a brand new Altima Hybrid from the folks at Falore Nissan in Sunnyvale and we can not be happier with the deal that we got and everyone from the sales rep Randy Niswonger to the financial manager to the insurance broker and now today after my first scheduled sevice visit, the service people.
Falore Nissan's Internet group was very straightforward with us from the start. Randy of the Internet group was very friendly, accommodating and straightforward about the MSRP price and the dealer invoice price. There was absolutely no need for any haggling, which was night and day compared to our previous experience with the folks at the other stores we visited. Plus, Falore Nissan had a huge inventory of Altima Hybrids, in all the colors available. They had at least two cars in their lot in the special blue that we wanted. This is nothing compared to Boardwalk and Daland.
The moral of the story: shop over the internet before going to the car dealer and go straight to the internet people. They seriously have the best price. No need for the long frustrating negotiations.

Worst customer service ever. We visited the dealer to check out a new nissan altima. We found a better deal on a used car at Fremont Nissan and bought the used car. We informed Falore Nissan the same day by e-mail that we are no longer looking for a new car. Falore's response was "Thank you for wasting my time".
Just unacceptable rudeness on their part.
Best service in town: This dealership is the only one that went out of thier way and did a switch with the Nissan dealership in Gilroy to get me the exact color Quest that I wanted. I had talked to about 5 dealerships and I got the best service from Falore Nissan.
