    I went to 3 stores in San Francisco that buy jewelry with some items I inherited that I didn't want. Of the 3 stores, Provident was the only one that really took a careful look at what I had and offered me a fair price for it. It's a pawn shop and I didn't really know what to expect. I was delighted to find the staff was friendly, the owner explained to me in language I understood why some of my items were valuable and others were not. The other stores acted as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to sell them my stuff. The folks at Provident were completely customer service focused and my experience was 100% positive. I would recomend Provident Loans to anyone and I would be happy to do business with them again. In fact I expect to be there this Christmas looking for a gift for my wife.
