Cheesecake Factory is a generally a very nice place to eat, the wait can be excessive though, especially at this location. I don't believe I have ever waited so long to be seated. We went on a Wednesday at about 7:30pm, and waited over an hour! At least the food was wonderful and the service was very good as well.
While I have always loved the food at the Cheesecake chains, this location proved to be a bit longer to wait for. The wonderfully rude hostess should have been fired but my companion showed that fire can be fought with more than just fire as I just LOVE the noise those buzzers make when you leave then on the counter in front of an employee!
Otherwise, I'd go back to eat there again. The Green Tea is "likethat" and those Buffalo Chicken appetizers are scrumptous!
Not bad waiting time for lunch time. The waitress keeps on disappearing. Was hungry and tired. Ordered the grill salmon special, sprite and orange chicken. The salmon, tasted rotten and uncooked, the salmon was black at one side and not grilled. The broccoli was half cooked and sauce was tartar sauce for grill salmon and one fourth lemons. The sprite was flat and watery. The water tasted musky. The french fries were too salty. The orange chicken was served with three servings of rice, large serving of rice and the chicken was over coated, sauce tasted too floury with coloring. Service was bad; she did not give us bread while waiting for our order. Asked for the bread when ask if there is some thing else they could do. After tasting the salmon after it was cooked again upon my request, salmon still tasted nasty. I just ate the bread for lunch and dessert without the coffee. The waitress forgot to give me the coffee I order with our cheese cake. Waitress keeps on disappearing. Charge us for coffee not served. I asked for my coffee and told the waitress that I should not be charged for the salmon because I could not possibly eat it and left it. She didn't ask me if I still wanted my coffee, instead she removed it from my bill. She didn't charge me for the grill salmon and coffee. Cheese cake icing was too sweet. Another Waitress was spilling chocolate on the way to the kitchen and took a while to clean up. The floor was sticky under our table. Service was unsatisfactory. Food was disappointing. I will not eat here again. Hope this is helpful information.
